Ms. Jami
Pre-P2—Pre-Primary (18-36 months)
Ms. Jami joined the MANT team in 2010. She is a native of Fritch, TX. Ms. Jami will complete her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education through West Texas A&M University this fall. She brings to MANT more than 5 years of teaching experience in music and toddler instruction. She is currently working on her NAMA Infant/Toddler Montessori certification.
Ms. Jami says she has always felt called to teaching and loves being part of the learning experience. She likes to live by the Maria Montessori quote, "Never do for a child what he/she can do for themselves." Ms Jami believes that any child will live up to their full potential if they are encouraged. She is excited to teach at MANT because she appreciates how students are supported in the environment to be individuals, while providing a safe, loving, and nurturing community.
In her free time, Ms. Jami enjoys being with her husband, daughter, whom also attends MANT, and young son. Her hobbies include reading, playing the piano, watching movies, and camping.
