Parent Education
Since Parent understanding of and participation in the formal schooling of their children is critical to its success, we work hard to create a number of different opportunities to communicate with parents and engage them in their child's schooling.
Various parent education sessions are held throughout the year and may include presentations, workshops or topic sessions. Faculty work hard to make these sessions engaging and interesting. It is expected that all parents will be interested and do all they can to attend these programs throughout the school year. We believe in building bridges between home and school. Therefore, it is important parentŐs become better acquainted with the philosophy and practice of Montessori education.
On occasion throughout the year, we will have special parent-child events. These sessions provide opportunities for the students to share their school activities with their families. These events can take the form of a holiday activity or craft, cultural festivals, etc.
